Arab Video Chat Happens Live, Not on Replay
Video chat with Arab women on Panda is a live call between two people. You press Start, your browser asks about the camera, and Panda connects you with one person picked at random. The call is free of charge, and either of you can move on with Next.
Live means the person on your screen is there right now and can answer you. In Arabic the word is mubashir, the same one a news channel shows on a broadcast that is happening as you watch. There is no profile to scroll through, no photo gallery and no clip playing on a loop. Panda does not record the call or keep any part of it, so a conversation exists only while it runs; once one of you presses Next, it is over for both, with nothing left to replay. What you get instead is a real reaction, a laugh or a pause, in the moment it happens.
Every call follows the same format as a free video call with strangers on Panda, with two people on one call and nobody watching from the side. Either of you can close it with Next at any moment, and nothing from that call comes along to the next one. If the first person who appears is not in the mood to talk, that is simply how live works; a new call is one press away.

Arabic Video Chat Reads from Right to Left
Arabic runs from right to left, and screens set to Arabic follow it. You do not need to read a word of it to enjoy the call, though: conversations settle into whatever language the two of you share, and mixing two of them is fine.
When a phone or a website is set to Arabic, the whole layout flips: menus open on the right, arrows point the other way, and even the question mark turns around. Anyone who uses Arabic on their phone every day sees that mirrored world as normal, which is worth remembering before you call it unusual. On the call itself, an Arabic word or two, asked for and repeated back, usually warms things up more than a perfect accent would.
Asking how to say Start or Next in Arabic makes an easy opener. It is a small question, it lets the other person be the one who teaches, and it asks nothing personal of either of you. Both words are on the card, with a simple guide to how they sound, so you can try them before the call and be corrected during it. Expect that to happen: the sounds do not map neatly onto English, and laughing at your own attempt is half the fun. A thank you closes the little lesson nicely.

Friday or Sunday? Weekends Across the Arab World
It depends on where the other person lives. In much of the Arab world the official weekend is Friday and Saturday, while a few places rest on Saturday and Sunday. So while your week is still running, theirs may already be over, or the other way round.
That is why a light question works better than a guess. Is tomorrow a work day for you? How has your week been? Questions like these open a conversation without asking where someone lives, what they do or what their name is, and they leave it to them how much to share. If the other person says it is late or that tomorrow starts early, take their word for it and keep things short.
Good topics are the ones anyone can answer: what they are cooking or drinking tonight, a song they keep playing, a series worth watching, a city they would like to visit next, the last thing that made them laugh. Leave out the questions that turn a first call into an interview, and anything about looks, family or beliefs. If a topic lands well, stay with it; a good call is often one subject explored slowly, with real follow up questions.

Treat the call the way you would like to be treated. What each of you shows on camera is your own choice, and neither of you owes the other more than a hello. If the conversation is heading somewhere new, ask first; if the other person presses Next, let it go.
Panda is only for adults: the terms shut out anyone under 18, and they rule out spam and selling as well. If someone is rude, presses you for private details or seems younger than the rules allow, report them during the call, then move on with Next. Content that breaks the rules can be removed, and the account behind it can be closed. Still, no platform can promise that every stranger behaves well, so you remain responsible for your own side of each call.
On Panda's side, calls are encrypted and no one else can listen in, nothing is stored afterwards, and your IP address passes through Panda's server instead of reaching the other person. If you never make an account, there is no personal data of yours on Panda to begin with. What you say out loud is different: the other person could use what you show or tell in ways you would not like, so keep your full name, number and address to yourself.

Worth Knowing Before the First Call
Is English enough, or should I learn some Arabic first?
English is enough to start, and French or any other language you both know works just as well. To try a little Arabic, the Arabic words for Start and Next are an easy first step, and the other person can always steer the call into another language.
Does an Arab video call cost anything?
Starting is free: getting matched, talking one to one and pressing Next cost nothing, and there is no charge by the minute. Panda also has optional paid extras that you can simply ignore, since none of them is needed for a call. The only other cost is your own internet or mobile data, which depends on your provider.
Can I read this page in Arabic?
Yes. The Arabic version of this page is listed at the foot of the page, beside English and Portuguese. Whichever language you read it in, the call itself starts the same way, with Start and then the camera prompt in your browser, so you can switch between the versions freely.
Is Panda only for adults?
Yes. The terms do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to use Panda, and accounts that break that rule can be closed. If the person you meet looks or sounds younger than that, end the call at once and report it straight away, without a second thought. You do not need to be certain to report it.
Can the other person see where I am?
Not from Panda. Your IP address is routed through the Panda server and never handed to the other person, so where you are only comes up if you mention it yourself. A window or a street sign behind you can say more than you think, so check your background.
If I made an account, can I delete it?
Yes. An account is optional, and if you created one you can delete it from Settings. Panda also accepts requests to remove your personal information by email, using the contact address listed in its privacy policy, if you want that gone as well. Without an account there is nothing of this kind to delete.
I said no to the camera prompt by mistake. What now?
Open the site settings in your browser, allow the camera for Panda and reload the page. Most browsers remember your answer, so the prompt may not come back on its own after a refusal, even if you close the tab and come back to Panda later. The same setting is where you can switch it off again.
